Here are some frequently asked questions.

1.  I don’t want to lock into a long Rental Agreement

No problem!  We know there are lots of reasons you might not want to lock into a longer term agreement.  We can offer month-to-month or 6 month terms, or if you are ready to lock in 12 or 24 months, we can arrange that too.  Its up to you and where your business is at right now.  Once we have a chat, we can provide a proposal based on the terms needed.

2.  My business is starting to grow, so I only want an office for 1 day per week.  Is that possible?

It sure is!  You can book an office for as little as an hour or more.  You may want to book a space to meet with clients 1 day a week or more, or you just need a place to work a few hours a week.  We are super flexible with providing a professional space to meet or work.

3.  Our business run executive training and our board meets regularly.  Do you have a space we could use?

Yes.  We have many options for larger meetings and training for up to 12 attendees in the boardroom and up to 50 in our training room, depending on the layout required.

4.  What is a Virtual Office?

A Virtual Office allows small and medium businesses the benefit of a prestigious address, landline phone numbers and support without having to commit to a dedicated office space.

You can minimise your office expenses, particularly while your business grows, by retaining the impression of a physical office.  You can work from home, while giving the impression that your business has a professional office address.  Your customers expect to see a real business address when they are determining whether to do business with you, along with finding your address on google searches and marketing material.

As a virtual office member, you also get discounted meeting room hire.

5.  What are the expenses for a Permanent space?

As a permanent member at Maitland Business Central, you will be invoiced monthly for the agreed rental and any other expenses that occur, such as photocopying or scanning. There is also a set set-up fee and a refundable key deposit.

The great thing is – we provide you with a brand new office, fully furnished and you can make it your own.
