When the decision was made to create a new Co-Working venue in Maitland, we knew we had to create something extraordinary, modern, stylish and functional to meet the needs of our clients and prospective clients.

Already running a similar successful business as Maitland Serviced Offices, we understood what the current modern needs were for businesses looking to work, meet or train in a co-working environment.

Space, light and elegance were what we envisioned.  When the building at Suites 2&3 at Level 1, 14 Bulwer Street Maitland became available, we knew this space was going to see our vision come to life.  And we knew it was going to take a talented team of designers and builders to bring it to life.

At this point, we consulted with Nigel Parsons of Nigel Parsons & Associates Architects in Sydney to bring our vision to life with his design concepts.  Nigel made a series of layouts and concepts until we were certain we had the right fit for our business. He was able to work with us along the way and the outcome is incredible.

We were fortunate to have the team at Skelcon Constructions in Newcastle bring the concept to life.  The whole team bought the project to completion on time, and with the willingness to work with any design changes along the way.
