Construction for the new Maitland Business Central, co-working centre has completed.  This project commenced in December 2022 with the move in undertaken in May 2022.

Construction was completed by the team at Skelcon Constructions from Newcastle on what is a 950 square meter shared-office space.

This large project was designed and constructed to meet our needs for a co-working environment, which now hosts 25 serviced offices, 5 meeting rooms, a boardroom and training rooms.  Communal areas include a lounge area, dining zone and large kitchen.

The project began as an empty construction shell and was handed over as a modern, bright and spacious shared-office premises.
